Ben Brown (Probate Executive)

After completeing his studies , Ben started his employment with Atteys in April 2002 at our Barnsley Office

Ben provided support for our Wills and Probate Department at the Barnsley Office as well as gaining valuable knowledge and experience. Ben then moved to our Dearne Valley Offices in July 2005 with responsibility for our Wills, Probate & Trust department at the Wath, Mexborough and Goldthorpe Branches. He then moved to work from our Rotherham and Chapeltown Office’s in December 2006 before returning to the Dearne Valley in 2007.

Ben is now responsible for all Probate, Wills and Court of Protection matters for our Dearne Valley offices.  He is a member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners and is working towards gaining full membership in the near future.

Outside of the office, he supports Barnsley Football Club and in his spare time plays football for local teams.
