Natalie Aitken (Solicitor)

Natalie qualified as a solicitor in April 2011, specialising in all aspects of employment law and provides advice and representation to both employers and employees. Natalie is prepared to discuss employment law matters over the telephone with potential new clients without any obligation to instruct her.

Originally from Doncaster, in 2005, Natalie graduated from Leeds University with a BA (Hons) in EU Studies with Law. In 2006, she obtained a Graduate Diploma in Law and in July 2007, completed the Legal Practice Course at BPP Law School. Natalie joined the firm in 2007 as a Paralegal in the employment team, assisting Roger Grove with employment and commercial litigation matters. Natalie commenced a training contract in April 2009.

Natalie is experienced in dealing with employment tribunal proceedings, grievance and disciplinary procedures, bullying and harassment, stress at work, unfair dismissal, redundancy, all aspects of discrimination law, parental leave, maternity rights, rights and obligations under TUPE, contracts of employment, company handbooks, company policies, post termination restraints/restrictive covenants.

Natalie is a Past President of JCI Doncaster and continues to be involved with the organisation as a Director. In her spare time, Natalie enjoys spending time with her family and friends.
