Mike Sampson (Head of Department)

Mr Sampson is head of the Civil Litigation Department, based at Doncaster. Educated at the University of Sheffield, Mr Sampson gained LLB hons in 1968 and began his career at Atteys.

He was appointed Partner of the firm in 1979 and his areas of expertise lay in non-commercial Civil Litigation which involves the following; Land Disputes, Probate actions, Court of Protection, Consumer Law and Cohabitee Disputes.
