James Murray (Partner)

Jim joined Atteys in 1996 as a qualified solicitor. He moved from his previous employer to enjoy ‘better quality work, better remuneration and better prospects’.

James is based at our Trippet Lane office where he specialises in Commercial Litigation. He can help clients with a variety of problems such as : contact/debt disputes, Commercial and Residential Landlord & Tenant disputes, insolvency issues, professional negligence claims, partnership/shareholder disputes, rights of way and boundary disputes.

James has always had an interest in solving disputes having previously helped clients with Personal Injury & Medical Negligence claims. James became a partner in 2006 and is developing the Commercial Department's presence in Sheffield.
