Alex Kennedy (Assistant Solicitor)

Alex joined Atteys after leaving University as a paralegal/Legal Clerk in May 2003.

In April 2005, Alex was offered a training contract which she began at Mexborough in the family department. She then became part of the criminal team at the Doncaster office until joining Conveyancing at Rotherham in October 2006 and moving to the matrimonial department at our Barnsley office in January, 2007.

Alex has an LLB (Hons) Law degree and a legal practice post graduate Diploma with Distinction and continues to work with the criminal department as a Police Station Representative mostly for out of office hours representation at the police station.

Alex is currently working in our matrimonial department at the Barnsley office where she will qualify as a Solicitor at the beginning of April 2007 and will then continue to work at Atteys as a matrimonial solicitor in the Barnsley office.

In her spare time, Alex enjoys horse riding, attending the gym, swimming and aerobics.
