Judith Oliver (Partner)

Judith is the founder partner of the firm ‘Middleton, Oliver & Marsh’ which began in 1986 in Rotherham. The firm then merged with Atteys in 1993 in which she became a partner.

Judith has now recently returned to the Doncaster Office where she is continuing her work in Family Law.

She is experienced in dealing with divorce, private children law, injunctions and co-habitee disputes. However, Judith’s specialist area is ancillary relief.

Judith is a member of Resolution (previously the Solicitor's Family Law Association) and prescribes to their Code of Conduct in dealing with family matters. She is also an Advanced member of the Law Society's Family Panel.

In her spare time, Judith enjoys reading, cooking, skiing and spending time with her family.
