Simon Alliott (Partner)

Simon qualified as a solicitor in 1984 and joined Atteys in 2005 to take over from Alan Methley at the Barnsley office, who retired as a partner in 2006. Simon’s role is to manage and grow the property side of the commercial department in Barnsley.

In 1991, Simon qualified as a notary public. He also deals with lots of documents being used overseas. Simon now assists in training new notaries on the postgraduate course run by Cambridge University.

Also in 1999, Simon was appointed as the Clerk to the General Commissioners of Income Tax in Barnsley. And is now Clerk to the General Commissioners in Barnsley, Sheffield and the High Peak.
