Gill Knight (Managing Partner)

Gill joined Atteys as a Trainee Solicitor in 1980 and became a Partner in 1984.

Gill has been accredited by the SRA as a Specialist Clinical Negligence Lawyer for more than 10 years. She has considerable expertise in cases involving birth damage and serious head injury and, throughout her career, has won many millions of pounds in compensation for her Clients.

Gill also acts as a Trustee and Professional Deputy, looking after the financial and property affairs of those Clients who do not have mental capacity to deal with financial matters themselves.

Gill was appointed Managing Partner in 2004 and is proud to have helped steer the firm through LEXCEL accreditation and a period of growth and development.

She is a Governor of Doncaster College. Her hobbies include running, hill walking, films and reading.
